The semiconductor industry now requires process materials for device manufacture specifications are within more stringent statistical controls. Linde Electronics is meeting this demand by introducing a new Ship-to-Control (S2C) program. Our S2C program drives product improvements by using more precise statistical control levels for key parameters of materials. These control levels are further supported by a defined material disposition process and an agreed customer notification process. With the S2C program, we are able to ensure a greater reduction in process variation.

Our global network of electronic gas production plants and stocking locations offer a full range of process gases including UHP atmospherics, dopants, corrosives, and etchants.
