On-Site Nitrogen Generation

Linde's CRYOSS product provides a complete line of Nitrogen Generators to meet the needs of the industry including the semiconductor, packaging, and display segments as well as other emerging markets - worldwide. Linde leads the field in nitrogen generator technology with a large installed base of experience. A part of the CRYOSS plant range includes the SPECTRA-N products specifically design to meet the high purity, high efficiency and high reliability needs of the semiconductor industry.

Linde's CRYOSS plants cover flow ranges from 250 to 30,000 Nm3/hr (~7,600 to 1,100,000 scfh), offer optional ultra high purity oxygen production and deliver nitrogen with impurities at 1 ppb and less. Our patented pre-purification technology also eliminates the need for refrigeration units, providing clear environmental and reliability benefits.

The SPECTRA-N product meets industry-leading purity levels with a compact modular design and patented process that delivers the lowest power consumption per unit volume of nitrogen produced, meeting both the ITRS technology roadmap and economic drivers of the industry. The benefits of this innovation and continued development are realized by our electronics customers across the globe.

Linde's CRYOSS Nitrogen Generators provide:

Flexible Solutions - True ultra-high purity gas production with no need for further purification from the SPECTRA-N product as well as solutions targeted at less stringent purity requirements.

Low Cost of Ownership - Linde Generator designs have been optimized to deliver the lowest cost of ownership, considering the cost of capital, power and operation.  An example is our patented Spectra-N production cycle, which offers significantly lower power consumption than conventional generators.

Global Support - Linde can provide local service and support through its presence in every corner of the globe utilizing World class management systems

Supply Reliability - Linde generators are designed to provide continuous product supply, 7 days-per-week, 24 hours-per day and backed up by a network of larger scale air separation plants producing cryogenic liquid nitrogen.
